FRUITPRINT

FRUITPRINT project relies on the common pathway between stress response taking place in plants and fruit ripening process. It is expected that new natural bioactive molecules will modify the oxidative stress, cold stress and hypoxia response and will affect fruit ripening. These molecules will be promising to develop new post-harvest storage technologies.
