WP1 - Project management and Coordination
The project management and coordination encompass contractual issues, technical, secondment, administrative, financial, communication and knowledge management and relationships with the EC. It ensures effective planning, implementation, coordination and achievement of the project activities, including planning of secondments; provides project structure and support to assist decision making, internal and external communication, innovation management,
encourage greater accountability and minimize risk; facilitates document sharing, exchange of information, organisation of on-line and face-to-face meetings.
