WP4 - Mode of action of identified novel bioactive molecules

The goal of this work package is to identify the mode of action of the identified bioactive molecule in WP3. Unveiling the molecular mechanism underlying the action of these molecules will contribute to decipher the regulatory process of onset of ripening. Training School including theoretical and practical applications of untargeted metabolomics, metabolite fingerprint, and targeted analysis of pathway metabolites and low-level metabolites such as phytohormones will be
organized.
